View Site Visit Schedule
To view your Site Visits schedule:
- Tap on the Site Visits icon in the bottom navigation bar:
- Pull up or down to view next/previous months.
- Alongside each day, the number of visit hours for that day is displayed
- Visit date and start and end times
- Ticket number, title and description
- Number of ticket responses - Tap to open response menu - with options to add a standard or internal response or close the site visit ticket with your electronic signature
- Menu with options to: Reschedule site visit (change start/end date and time), Edit site visit and Call ahead.
- Star
- Tap to mark ticket as important for future filtering - Tap on a site visit to open details. See View Site Visit Details.
